West Texas Hand Surgery and Shoulder Elbow Hand Clinic features Dominic L. Gross MD. Dr. Gross moved to El Paso, Texas in June 2015 after an 18 year career in private practice in Boise, Idaho.
A southern California native, he attended Medical School at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas, graduating in 1991. His Orthopedic Surgery Residency was at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California from 1991-1996. He then trained in Hand and Microvascular Surgery under Moheb Moneim MD and George Omer MD at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico from 1996-1997.
In 1997 he moved to Boise, Idaho and ran a successful solo Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice through 2015. Upon the urging of The Hospitals of Providence he relocated his practice to the Sunny Southwest in El Paso, Texas to be closer to family.
His areas of interest include hand and finger trauma, fractures of the hands, fingers, wrist, forearm and elbow, sports injuries of the shoulder, degenerative disease of the hand, wrist and elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and cubital tunnel (ulnar nerve) syndrome. Dr. Gross brings a personalized style of practice which includes the latest technological advances in office care and surgical care to the El Paso area.
